The first phase of The Square’s transformation is nearly complete, with demolition work wrapping up soon. This stage has been approached with great care and intention, as the team is committed to sustainability and resourcefulness.
Wherever possible, materials from the demolished structures are being reused or recycled, minimizing waste and preserving value. In addition, the team is actively assessing which parts of the original building can be safely retained and integrated into the new development — a thoughtful approach that blends the old with the new.
“Our focus has been on doing things right from the start,” says Keith, site manager for the demolition. “The team has been incredibly dedicated, and we’re proud to be finishing this first part with such strong momentum.”
