In the middle of February 2025, the centre of Kerikeri will be fenced off for our protection as a group of local entrepreneurs come together to create a new icon at Fairway Drive. Using the old New World building as a base, a new structure will rise that not only meets modern standards and sustainability but also adds beauty to the town. Before the rebuild can commence, a significant portion of the current building will need to be demolished. To ensure the safety of passersby, the site will be completely fenced off this coming week. The demolition activities are expected to continue for the next 4-6 weeks. Stay tuned for more updates on this exciting transformation!
